FAQs
Answers to some of your most common questions about daycare, boarding, and grooming:
What is the evaluation process for daycare?
Because we offer an open play environment, similar to an indoor dog park, every dog attending our daycare program must have a temperament evaluation. The evaluation is a scheduled appointment and offers a chance for our team to meet you and your dog, answer any questions you may have, as well as take you on a tour of our new and wonderful facilities.
During the evaluation, we will take your dog into a separate area and introduce them to a small group of similarly-sized dogs to observe their interaction. We do our best to replicate the variety of a playgroup, so your dog may meet males and females, excited players and calm observers, as well as older dogs and puppies. Every dog has their own distinct personality! It is important to observe your dog’s behavior without your presence, but we will gladly give you a full report afterward.
We are not only looking for aggressive tendencies but fearful ones as well. We want to make sure that our daycare program will be a happy, healthy place for your dog. The consultation typically takes only 30 minutes and after passing, your dog will be granted membership into our Daycare program.
